PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy-saving effect by a method wherein in the case where a packed tower system is used for the concentration part heat transfer from a concentration part side to a recovery part side in a distillation tower, and a gas-liquid contact between a flow-down liquid and a rising vapor in the concentration part are efficiently carried out. SOLUTION: A regular packing 21 is packed in an area (an inside 4 of a pipe 25) becoming a concentration part, a plurality of band bodies 22 are wound peripherally at a specific pitch P2 in a hight direction (axially) on an outer peripheral part of the regular packing 21, a plurality of cuts 26 are formed at a pitch P1 of 15 mm or lower peripherally on a side part 23 of an upper side (a tower top side) in both side parts along a longitudinal direction of the bandy body 22, and a side part in which the cut 26 of the band body 22 is formed is bent so as to abut against a pipe wall 25a.
