PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clearance adjusting fixture simple in structure, low in cost, and besides, excellent in function. SOLUTION: This clearance adjusting means is provided with a stepped cylindrical body 21 fixed to a frame 1 and having a step part 22 with a hole 23 formed to allow a thread part 11 of a headed adjusting screw 10 to pass through but not to allow a head part 12 to pass through, and an auxiliary fixture 30 fitted to the inner surface of the stepped cylindrical body 21 being thread-fastened from the opposite side to the skeleton 2 side to be connected, and moved in the axial direction of the stepped cylindrical body 21 to abut on the head part 12 of the headed adjusting screw 10 to thereby fix the headed adjusting screw 10 while holding the head part 12 together with the step part 22 of the stepped cylindrical body 21 and moreover having a through hole 31 formed at the center to allow the insertion of the tip of a driver inserted in a groove provided recessed at the head part 12.
