PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a set-up changing time of molds, reduce a cost of equipment and improve a labor-saving and a reliability such as the prevention of a trouble due to a neglectful management from occurring or the like by a method wherein a hot runner part and a molding machine are integrally and commonly used in an injection molding device. SOLUTION: By exchangeably attaching and detaching a hot runner part fixed to the fixed side platen of a molding machine and a molding part 20, which is used commonly with the hot runner part 1 and has a fixed side mold 24 and a movable side mold 25 comprising a cavity 21, so as to mold moldings, the cavities for which are different from one another, through the changing of sets-up successively, one or the molding part 20 is fixed to a movable platen 102, while the other or the fixed side mold 24 is fixed to the hot runner part 1 with fixing screws 14. Further, separately, the fixed side mold 24 can be changeably attached to and detached from the hot runner part 1 with locking mechanisms.
