PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shaving foam composition which can form good stable foam, can give good slippage to razors, does not leave a tingling pain to the surface of the skin after shaving, and further can give a refreshing touch to the skin after shaving. SOLUTION: This shaving foam composition comprises an undiluted solution comprising a soap component and a powdery component, and a propellant. The powdery component comprises at least one of the powder of an inorganic compound and the powder of an organic compound, and has an average particle diameter of 0.5 to 50μm. The undiluted solution and the propellant are contained in amounts of 80 to 99 wt.% and 20 to 1 wt.%, respectively. The content of the powder is preferably 0.5 to 5.0 wt.% based on the total amount of the composition.
