<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a recycling system by providing a raw material for a regenerated paper or paper articles from business office-based waste papers by an easy method in a good efficiency at a low cost and regenerating the raw material as the regenerated paper and paper articles without using bleaching agent too much. SOLUTION: This waste paper recycling system classifying the used waste papers as raw materials for a regenerated paper and for paper articles, wet decomposing the waste paper for the regenerated paper and then processing for the regenerated paper, and dry-decomposing the raw material for the paper articles and then processing for the paper articles without using a bleaching agent, is provided by performing the classification of the waste paper and the decomposition at a place where the waste paper is generated or at a relaying place, recovering the decomposed paper and sending them separately to each of the processing manufacturers of the regenerated paper and the paper articles.</p> |
