PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a treatment time by quickening the temp. rise of crushed pieces of a thermoplastic resin part brought about by stirring in a treatment tank. SOLUTION: Crushed pieces P charged in a treatment tank 3 are stirred by a rotary member 7 to be raised in temp. by the mutual friction or collision of the crushed pieces P or the friction and collision of the crushed pieces with the inner wall of the treatment tank to peel the coating films on the surfaces of the crushed pieces P. The crushed pieces P are preheated in a preheating device 5 in a process feeding the crushed pieces P by a feeder 2 before charged in the treatment tank 3. By this constitution, the crushed pieces P are suddenly raised in temp. simultaneously with the start of stirring in the treatment tank 3.
