PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an operator able to easily and appropriately decide a condition for treatment. SOLUTION: This laser irradiation device 10 is provided with a memory 9 for storing a plurality of combinations of at least two setting conditions among output of laser beams generated by a laser beam generator 2, irradiation time of the laser beam and a flow rate of coolant fed by a coolant feeder 4, an operation part 8 provided with treatment condition selection switches for selecting one of the plurality of combinations stored in the memory 9 and a CPU 6 for controlling the laser beam generator 2 and/or the coolant feeder 4 based on the combination selected by the treatment condition selection switches. |
