PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To feature both wiping sweat of a hip and its vicinity, armpits, a nose, fingers of legs and hands and discharges of urine, excrement and nose bleed and applying powder, and eliminate the possibility of flying the power during usage and the need for packing with no-permeable films including a wet tissue paper as usual during carriage. SOLUTION: A moisture retaining powder mixture of moisture retaining liquid and cosmetic mineral powder is deposited onto a support such as a tissue paper, a water-soluble paper or a nonwoven cloth. The deposit scale of the moisture retaining agent is 1.0 g/m2-60.0 g/m2 and the deposit scale of the cosmetic viscose mineral powder is 0.03 g/m2-20.0 g/m2. Solvent as evaporated components including water and alcohol in the moisture retaining agent has an impregnation rate of 40.0% or less to the support by weight. Additionally, the tissue paper, the water-soluble paper and the nonwoven cloth are embossed or meshed. |
