PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a confortable spaciousness and design property and provide various functions by projecting a part of the wall face part of a panel material constituting a unit bath to the outside of a bath room, and providing a multi-purpose space. SOLUTION: A multi-purpose space 1 is arranged at a slightly upward position from a bathtub 3 on the wall face part of the interior side of a unit bath U1. The multi-purpose space 1 is provided to angularly project a panel material 2 to the outside of a bathroom. A comfortable spaciousness and the feeling of room can be obtained in the unit bath U1 by forming an additional space in addition to a space necessary for bathing. In addition, unexpectedness and variation can be given in the space of the unit bath U1, and design is improved by providing the multi-purpose space 1. Furthermore, the multi-purpose space 1 can be closed to shut out water vapor or the like from the inside of the unit bath U1 by providing a double sliding window 6 arranging a member such as a packing as a door.
