PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house building having a built-in garage excellent in ventilating and daylighting properties. SOLUTION: In the house building 1 having a built-in garage 10 installed on a first floor 11, the rear side of the garage 10 not faced to a road 2 is opened 10b, and draft and daylighting are obtained in the garage 10. An opening 10c is formed to one side wall of the garage 10 not faced to a habitable room, and the roof section of a third floor 13 on the side facing the road 2 is used as an inclined roof 14 corresponding to a legal setback regulation on the road 2 side.
