PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize working force by connecting an extensible cylinder to the upper part of one link member through an auxiliary link. SOLUTION: The tip of a rod 31, that is, the upper end of an extensible cylinder 30, is connected to a link member 12a through an auxiliary link 35 and a stay 13. The auxiliary link 35 is formed in dogleg shape from the side view and provided with wheels 37 on the lateral outside of the tip of a long side while forming the tip of a short side as an abutting part abutting on an abutting face of a stay 13 which is a stopper part. The auxiliary link 35 is journalled to the stay 13 through a pin 38 and a support plate 14 so that the long side is disposed between the stay 13 and an elevating plate 5. With this constitution, the working force of the extensible cylinder 30 in the initial stage of lifting is efficiently converted into upward force through the auxiliary link 35 to lift the elevating plate 5. The extensible cylinder 30 does not therefore require large working force, which permits the use of an inexpensive extensible cylinder 30 of small working force.
