SOLUTION: This sheet bundle packing sheet unsealing device 100 includes a movable frame 260 where a sheet bundle P packed by a packing sheet B is placed, which can be drawn in and out to a main body. An unsealing member 305 mounted on the main body enters one of both right and left end sealing parts of the packing sheet and simultaneously unseals one sealing part while the movable frame loaded with the sheet bundle packed by the packing sheet is inserted in the main body side.
