PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent melted brazing filler metal from flowing out of a clearance between two metallic material surfaces to be brazed when brazing is performed. SOLUTION: This is the method in which both upper and lower constitution members 7 and 8 of plenum chamber are brazed in a state where a plate shaped brazing filler metal 22 is placed between the surfaces 11 and 12 to be brazed of the both constitution members 7 and 8. A pin 20 having a flange 21 for holding space, having a required thickness, is prepared at the middle of the length. A penetrated hole 23, into which the flange 21 for holding space is inserted, is formed in the brazing filler metal 22 and the flange 21 is inserted into the hole 23. By inserting the parts, being both and sides of the flange 21 for holding space, of the pin 20 into holes 14 and 15 formed at the surfaces 11 and 12 to be brazed of each constitution member 7 and 8, the flange 21 for space holding is intervened between both surfaces 11 and 12 to be brazed. In this case, the surfaces 11 and 12 of both constitution members 7 and 8 are brazed each other.
