PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of local wear, to easily change parts, and to obtain sufficient quench hardness and a quench depth in a sliding part. SOLUTION: In this twisting retainer device for supporting the moving die of a twisting die turnably at a required angle, on a lower die retainer receiver 12b holding a lower die retainer 11b, the circulation path 12ba for small diameter guide rollers 13 along the sliding surface of the outer periphery of the lower die retainer 11b is formed. The lower die retainer 11b is held by many the small diameter guide rollers 13 interpolated freely circulatably and movably in the circulation path 12ba. The sliding part of the outer periphery of a retainer 11 is constituted apart from a retainer main body. Consequently, the phase precision of the counter weight of a crank shaft is improved, and after working, the dispersion of the unbalance of the crank shaft is remarkably reduced, local wear can also remarkably be suppressed, and the lives of parts are improved. The change time of lots of the small diameter guide rollers can be shortened. For the sliding part, sufficient quench hardness and a sufficient quench depth can be secured.
