PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of each stator salient pole by integrally forming each case with each stator salient pole through sintering iron. SOLUTION: In a stator salient pole structure of a finite angle torquer for a Pachinko ball shooter, a first case 1 and first stator salient poles 3a, and a second case 9 and second stator salient poles 3b are respectively integrally formed by sintering iron. Thus, the reliability of the integral connection of the respective stator salient poles 3a and 3b and the respective cases 1 and 9 is improved to improve a mass production.
