PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filth-housing device capable of easily housing the filth by anybody and also at a low cost. SOLUTION: This filth-housing device is provided by pivoting a pair of half split cylindrical filth-taking in members 2 connected by each other for taking in the filth at each of the tip parts of handle arms 1 at the further front end side than its center of gravity so as to transfer the filth taken in to a bag member 3 only by bringing up the filth-taking in member 2 taking the filth in it.
