PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply install a circulation port device by easily passing a holder through a mounting hole in a sidewall and then holding the holder in proper attitude in tightening a circulation port device for external circulation of a water in a bath with a holder outside the sidewall and a tightening bolt to install and construct the same inside a bathtub. SOLUTION: A tightening bolt 29 extended out of a circulation port device 14 to be mounted on a sidewall 10 of a bathtub is inserted in a mounting hole 12 in the sidewall 10, and a holder 32 located outside the sidewall 10 and the circulation port device 14 are tightened together so as to sandwich the sidewall 10 at both inside and outside. The holder 32 is mounted with a rubber elastic body 46 which holds the holder 32 almost rectangular to the tightening bolt 29 and is elastically deformed to allow the tilting of the holder 32 when forcible tilting force is applied to the holder 32.
