PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject filter having suppressed decomposition and/or quenching of a fluorescent coloring matter by including a specific organic fluorescent coloring matter and/or an organic fluorescent pigment and a specified matrix resin. SOLUTION: This fluorescent conversion filter comprises (A) an organic fluorescent coloring matter and/or an organic fluorescent pigment capable of absorbing light in the near infrared region or the visible region emitted from an illuminant and emitting different visible light and (B) a matrix resin which is a photo-setting or a curable resin of the type using both light and heat, supports the component A and contains a hydrogen-abstraction type photopolymerization initiator having a benzophenone skeleton represented by formula I (R1 to R10 are each H, carboxyl, hydroxyl group, nitro, a halogen, a 1-6C alkyl or the like) and/or formula II (R11 to R20 are each H, carboxyl, hydroxyl group, nitro, a halogen, a 1-6C alkyl or the like) in the molecule. An organic light emitting element having the fluorescent conversion filter and an organic illuminant is suitably used for various kinds of display equipment. |
