<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise device for batting that helps one learn easily and ideal position for correctly striking a ball by arranging a detection means signaling to a user the hitting of a ball at a specified area of a baseball bat, or the like, and fixing it adjustably in position through a fixing means engaging with the periphery of the baseball bat, or the like. SOLUTION: An exercise device 4 for batting is formed by extruding a material such as a synthetic rubber, for example, and is made up of a hollow cylindrical fixing means 1 engaging adjustably with the periphery of a baseball bat 3 and a signaling means 2 arranged on the periphery of the cylinder and signaling to a user, when a ball is hit. When using, the exercise device 4 for batting is moved and fixed to a prescribed area of the bat 3 that hits a ball, namely, the part corresponding to a core, whereby the detection means 2 detects the ball from a sound or a feeling and the speed of the ball, or the like, an exerciser can easily identify by which part of the bat 3 he struck the ball. Therefore, even after the exercise device 4 for batting is removed, he can learn reliably the ideal point of striking.</p> |
