PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of simply, easily and firmly connecting a structural material thereto by safe working and, at the same time, to provide the building capable of greatly increasing the strength as the building even when timber having no sufficient strength as another important timber is used. SOLUTION: A building is so constructed that a sill 1B and columns 1A, the columns 1A and a beam 1a and the columns 1A and the beam 1b are respectively connected with joints 2. Each of the joints 2 has a column joint pipe 3A fitting the front end of each of the columns 1A therein and a horizontal joint pipe 3B fitting a horizontal structural material 1C such as the sill 1B, beam or the like therein. The horizontal joint pipe 3B and the column joint pipe 3A have a fitting opening for fitting the horizontal structural material 1C such as beam or the like connecting one or both of them or the columns 1A in the direction at right angles to the axial direction by opening the first or second face. The column joint pipe 3A and the horizontal joint pipe 3B open their stopped holes. |
