PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting-lowering auxiliary equipment annexed for increasing the lifting-lowering allowable weight of a slewing device to the slewing device in a multistory parking facility. SOLUTION: The lifting-lowering auxiliary equipments 14 installed to the slewing device 1 lifting and slewing a pallet P held by a lifted, lowered and circulated cage have upper mounting sections for mounting on the lifting- lowering frame 3 of the slewing device 1, lower mounting sections for mounting on a floor face and coil springs interposed among the upper mounting sections and the lower mounting sections under a deflected state, and are constituted so as to be upwards urged elastically to the lifting-lowering frame 3 by the restoring force of the coil springs.
