PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cellulosic fiber yarn having deep-colored parts, pale- colored parts and un-dyed parts irregularly by an uneven dyeing. SOLUTION: This unevenly dyed cellulosic fiber yarn in which deep-colored parts, pale-colored parts and un-dyed parts appear irregularly in each one of the yarns, is obtained by immersing a multiple number of the cellulosic fiber yarns in a dyeing liquid obtained by blending an indigo dye with a reducing agent and an alkaline agent only once.
