PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chlorine-containing resin composition excellent in resistance to whitening due to warm water by adding a specific organotin maleate to a chlorine-containing resin in a specific ratio. SOLUTION: This resin composition is obtained by adding (B) 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. organotin maleate salt represented by formula I and/or formula II (R1 is a 1-12C alkyl; R2 and R3 are each H or methyl; X is O or OCOCH=CHCOO) to 100 pts.wt. chlorine-containing resin. Furthermore, dibutyltinbis(4,4'- isopropylidenedicyclo-hexylmaleate) and/or dxoctyltinbis(4,4'- isopropylidenedicyclo-hexylmaleate)maleate, etc., is preferably used as the component B and an amount of the component B added to the component A is preferably about 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component A.
