PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the retaining interval between a container main body and a cover. SOLUTION: A cover B is so brought up as to position a cutting edge C above an upper edge 1a of a front plate section 1, and a sheet D is drawn out while the sheet is brought into contact with the upper edge 1a of the front plate section 1 so that the sheet D is drawn out of a sheet release opening A2 positioned lower than the upper face opening A1 of a container main body A, and the sheet drawing-out position is lowered to the upper edge 1a of the front plate section 1, and the cutting edge C is not brought into contact with the sheet D being drawn out by the lowering portion when the cover B is lowered by the portion of lowering the upper edge as described above.
