PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device for a vehicle which is suitable for the vehicle subject to a large quantity of solar radiation from surroundings such as a construction machine. SOLUTION: First and second pillar ducts 121, 122 are installed to form an air passage along the pillars of both the right and left sides of a rear side of a seat 210. The circulating air through the first and second pillar ducts 121, 122 are combined above the seat 210. A ceiling duct 123 of substantially triangular-shaped that directs the combined air toward the seat 210 is installed. Accordingly, the air-conditioning wind does not diffuse at a rear side of the seat 210 and it spouts toward the seat 210 in a rectified condition so as to enclose an occupant's surrounding. Therefore, without disturbing a view on a rear side, the air-conditioning of occupant surroundings is performed intensively, even when the vehicle interior is subject to a large quantity of solar radiation.
