PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a nameplate sheet from clanking at the time of on manipulation of a switch by raising the edge in the channel-like part on an operation panel body side at the point of the channel-like part existing at a boundary between an elastic part formed at the operation panel and operation panel body and bringing the side part of the rising part into tight contact with the nameplate sheet. SOLUTION: The operation part disposed on the front surface side of a top cover in the upper part of a washing machine has the operation panel 6 mounted in the opening atop a housing recessed part for housing a control substrate to which electrical parts, such as a pushbutton switch and LED lamp are attached. On the operation panel, the elastic part 11 for pressing the head of the pushbutton switch is formed, and the front surface of the control panel 6 is covered with a flexible nameplate sheet 12. In such a case, the portion of the nameplate sheet 12 corresponding to the elastic part 11 is formed to a trapezoidal part 12a and the point existing at the contour part of the elastic part 11 is formed as the rising part 12b. The rising part 12b is brought into tight contact with the outer peripheral surface of the rising part 11e formed at the peripheral edge of the elastic part 11.
