PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up dust on a tacky adhesive layer and to restore adhesive power again in the tacky adhesive layer by flushing away the picked up dust by washing with water or wiping the tacky adhesive layer with wet cloth thereby removing the dust. SOLUTION: The surface of a tacky adhesive coated sheet 5 consisting of synthetic paper is provides with the tacky adhesive layer 6 coated with a urethane resin tacky adhesive having the adhesive power of about 400 to 600 g in 180 deg. peeling at 250 mm width in a method for evaluating the properties of tacky adhesives in compliance with JIS Z 0237, 8. The tacky adhesive sheet 4 is wound and adhered several turns around the outer periphery of a revolving roller 3 freely rotatably and pivotally supported at a supporting fitting 2 of a handle.
