PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which exhibits firm adhesion to a translucent film formed thereon and does not give rise to air accumulation between it and the translucent plastic film even when exposed to a high temperature, and therefore does not undergo slippage or the like even when forces act on the translucent plastic film while an adhesive force is required, and is easily peeled when necessary. SOLUTION: The subject adhesive sheet firmly adheres, before ultraviolet irradiation, to a translucent film laid thereon and to a substrate for fixing it arranged thereunder, while the adhesion only to the translucent film decreases after ultraviolet irradiation thereby permitting easy peeling from the translucent plastic film. In this the adhesive sheet has, on the face adhered to the translucent plastic film, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising 100 pts.wt. of an elastic polymer, 5-150 pts.wt. of an ultraviolet-crosslinkable resin, 1-100 pts.wt. of a tackifier, 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a polymerization initiator and 1-50 pts.wt. of silica.
