PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem that soft skin grains, especially soybeans, among harvested grains are damaged to lower their commercial value, although a long vertical spiral disposed in a pipe and a grain-discharging spiral capable of being revolved in the vertical and lateral directions are generally used as means for discharging the harvested grains from a tank receiving the grains. SOLUTION: This grain-discharging device is obtained by forming a tank discharge port 2 in a cylinder 21 disposed at the lower end of a tank 1 receiving grains, disposing a rotary impeller 5 comprising a lateral rotation shaft 3 and four plate-like blades 4 which are attached to the rotation shaft 3 and can be entered in the tank discharge port 2 when rotated, disposing a rotary fan 27 whose blasted winds can be collided with the blades 4, and allowing the tank discharge port 2 to communicate with a grain guide pipe 7 having at its end a grain-discharging port 6 for discharging the grains outside the frame.
