PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover film wherein the lamination strength of a heat seal layer and the intermediate layer being in contact therewith is set so as not to generate delamination. SOLUTION: In a cover film consisting of a thermoplastic resin stretched film, an intermediate layer and a heat seal layer, at least one kind of the resin constituting the heat seal layer is added to the intermediate layer in an amt. of 10 wt.% to enhance the lamination strength of the heat seal layer and the intermediate layer being in contact therewith.
