PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove iron powder which is mixed in lubricating oil supplied to the electromagnetic parts of an electromagnetic actuator by a simple structure and efficiently without causing increase of the number of part items and machining man hour. SOLUTION: A cylinder head bolt hole 1 in which a cylinder head bolt 32 is inserted is used as a part of a lubricating oil supply passage. The cylinder head bolt 32 is magnetized by arranging or embedding a permanent magnet on the upper surface of a head part or in the inside. In the case that the permanent magnet is embedded in the inside, it is embedded so as to be positioned in the bent part 31a or 31b of the lubricating oil supply passage. For improving iron powder removing performance, the screw part of the cylinder head bolt 32 is arranged up to the bent part 31b.
