摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit safe, high-efficiency operation without severance of paper by controlling to generate a speed reference increasing the winding speed at a second accelerating rate from the start of winding until discriminating the state of exceeding the upper limit of a resonance vibration range and increasing the winding speed at a first accelerating rate from the upper limit exceeding state until reaching the steady winding speed. SOLUTION: A winding quantity discriminating means 23 is constituted by providing a sequencer 20 with a function of discriminating the state of the material winding quantity of a winder exceeding the upper limit of a resonance vibration range of a machine. An accelerating/decelerating rate control means 22A generates a speed reference VREF for increasing the winding speed from the start of winding up to the steady winding speed, stores a first accelerating rate large in an allowable accelerating range and a smaller second accelerating rate, and generates the speed reference for increasing the winding speed at the second accelerating rate from the start of winding until discriminating the state of exceeding the upper limit of the resonance vibration range by the winding quantity discriminating means 23 and increasing the winding speed at the first accelerating rate from the discrimination of the upper limit exceeding state until reaching the steady winding speed. Severance of paper is thereby prevented.
