<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension unit for controller capable of freely embodying a controller having functions suitable for game contents. SOLUTION: The extension units 50, 60 and 70 are connected to a controller body 10 provided with an analog direction key, digital direction key, instruction button, instruction lever, etc. If the extension unit 50 having a light emitting part 52 is connected thereto, the controller may be made cordless. If the extension unit 60 having a photodetecting part 65 is connected thereto, a player is able to do a gun game to shoot the enemy in a monitor screen. If the extension unit 70 having a vibration part is connected thereto, a shooting game having a presence feel may be embodied by applying vibrations to the controller body 10. The fresh functions can be added to the conventional controller and the novel functions can be freely added to the controller body 10 without adding any change thereto.</p> |
