PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the temperature of a face outlet moderately lower than that of a foot outlet during operation in bi-level mode. SOLUTION: An arranging direction of a face outlet opening 41 and a foot outlet is set generally vertical (left-right direction of the vehicle) with respect to an arranging direction (vertical direction of the vehicle) of cool air a and warm air b that flow into a mixing portion 38 so that uniform distribution to each outlet opening is conducted easily without making the cool air a and warm air b non-uniform. Then, for example, flows of the cool air a and warm air b are controlled so that the temperature of the air from the face side outlet is moderately lower than that of the foot side outlet during operation in bi-level mode.
