PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make bending process suitability better, to avoid whitening and generation of cracks and to improve emboss process suitability even for a non-vinyl chloride decorative sheet. SOLUTION: In a decorative sheet wherein a polyolefin resin sheet is decorative-treated, on a stress-strain curve obtd. by a tensile loading test of the decorative sheet, the slope G of the stress-strain curve at the middle point stress Ym as the middle point between the yield point stress Yy and the inflection point stress Yi at a point where the stress decreases with increase in strain from the yield point stress Yy and then, it starts to increase, is set at least -0.2N/mm2.%. As the decorative treatment, there exists shaping of an uneven pattern based on heat embossing, etc. A decorative material has a constitution wherein this decorative sheet is laminated on a base material.
