PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject cylinder which is formed from a material that is easily burnt, disposable, can be recycled, easy to store and carry, and can be checked in its water content therein by making the inside of a main body of a cylindrical shape watertight, and providing a water content checking window at the front of the body. SOLUTION: A bent part 3 is formed on an upper edge surface of a waterproof bag 2, the bag 2 is put in a main body 4, the part 3 is set stationarily to an upper edge surface of the main body 4, and a push-cover 1 is fitted in an upper part of the main body 4. A plurality of water content checking windows 5 are formed at the front of the main body 4 and a vertical cut-in groove is formed at a lower surface, and an overflow hole 7 is formed at a proper position of the upper part. When a user pushes the cylinder into a flower arrangement vessel, an insertion opening is properly made narrow by the groove 6 and with some extent of a repelling force the main body 4 of the cylinder shape is stably fixed. When water is poured therein after flowers are set therein, the level of poured water can be seen from the window 5, it is convenient. The rear surface of decoration plate is locked to the circumference of the cover 1 by a locking member 9.
