PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing rod equipped with a reel-fixing device that resists invasion of sand and salt in sea water and permits easy maintenance and click sound control. SOLUTION: This fishing rod is equipped with a reel-fixing device 200 having a couple of hoods 202, 204. In the pair of hoods, at least one is a movable hood that can move in the longitudinal direction by rotation of the nut 206. Further, a clicking mechanism emitting click sound, as the nut rotates, is arranged inside the length range of from the nut to the movable hood 204 and an openable window 208B is provided so that it may permit the approach to the click mechanism.
