PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluation of an antifungal property which enables the antifungal property in a solid specimen to conveniently and quickly be evaluated. SOLUTION: By placing a solid specimen near one hypha or plural hyphae of mold on a medium where mold can propagate and grow, by propagating and growing the hypha(e) and by measuring the rate of propagation and growth or morphological change, an antifungal property in the solid specimen is evaluated.
