PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular coolant circulating device which realizes the miniaturization and lightness of the device. SOLUTION: In this vehicular coolant circulating device for cooling a device to be cooled by a coolant, a coolant circulating system is sectioned into a coolant circulating system having a first radiator 8 for cooling an engine and a coolant circulating system having an electric motor and a second radiator 9 for cooling a device attached to the engine, a driving motor and the device attached to the engine which are used as a plurality of devices to be cooled are cooled by the second radiator 9, and circulating amount control means 53, 54, 57 for controlling a coolant amount circulated in respective devices to be cooled are arranged among respective devices to be cooled and the second radiator 9.
