<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high strength platelike molding which is useful as an interior material or the like at a low cost by extrusion-molding a kneaded product obtained by kneading a hydraulic composition containing a latent hydraulic substance, cure adjustor, a cure stimulant and water as a primary molding step and press-molding the molding as a secondary molding step and further, curing the molding. SOLUTION: When the molding to be used in the field of a building, a construction and a scenic material and the like is manufactured, first a latent hydraulic substance such as blast furnace water-granulated slag or a mixture of blast furnace water-granulated slag and silica fume, and a cure adjustor are charged into a rocking-type mixer or the like to mix the powders. Next, a cure stimulant and a specified amount of water are added to this mixture and these ingredients are further mixed (coarse kneading). After that, the coarsely kneaded product is sufficiently kneaded using strong shearing force imparting equipment, for example, a roll kneader to obtain a finally kneaded product. This kneaded product thus obtained is extrusion-molded into a primary molding and this primary molding is press molded into a secondary molding. Then the secondary molding is cured to obtain the desired platelike molding.</p> |
