PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing card to be manufactured at low cost and simply discriminating whether being forged or not. SOLUTION: A forgery preventing card is provided with a card base 11, a color change printed layer 12 formed on a given area of the card base 11 and demonstrating different colors when being visualized from a certain angle and from another angle and a forgery discrimination display layer 13 formed on a given area of the color change layer 12 and matched with a background color and not conspicuous when being visualized from a certain angle and displaying a given forgery discriminating pattern risen from the surface when being visualized from another angle.
