PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate meandering of a negative sheet to improve workability of maintenance or the like by providing a drive roller for receiving power from a drive source, and a pressure contact roller disposed on the upper side of the drive roller and brought into pressure contact with the drive roller by its own weight. SOLUTION: This conveying mechanism is provided with a drive roller 30a disposed on the lower side and a weight roller 31 disposed on the upper side to convey a negative sheet in the clamped state. The drive roller 30a is supported by bearings at both ends and rotary-driven by a motor. In conveying the negative sheet, the weight roller 31 acts on the drive roller 30a in the pressure contact direction, and the pressure contact force of the weight roller 31 is imparted by its own weight. Support parts 31a provided at both ends of the weight roller 31 are journalled by guide holes 34a, 35a, and these guide holes 34a, 35a are provided for attachment-detachment in addition to functioning as bearing parts.
