PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of fatigue failure by preventing resonance of an engine in a using rotating region. SOLUTION: A blade shoe 2 having a chain sliding surface 20a, a blade spring 3 of a plate spring type to make spring force work on it and a bracket 4 to support a base end part 2b of the blade shoe 2 free to revolve are provided. Additionally, length of the blade spring 3 is made shorter than length of the chain sliding surface 20a, and a rear end part 3b of the blade spring 3 is engaged with the base end part 2b of the blade shoe 2. Additionally, a head end part 3a of the blade spring 3 is arranged separated from the blade shoe 2 and is made butt contact with a head end part 4a of the bracket 4 free to slide.
