PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture, assemble a fallout preventing mechanism for preventing fallout of a shaft when vibration or impact is applied, when the bearing device is manufactured, in relation to the bearing device rotatably holding the shaft by a bearing, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In an inserting process where a pressed, disc member 5a is formed in the central part of a cup-like member 5 so that it can be removed, and the disc member 5a is inserted into a bearing 3 fixed to a bearing holding member 4 up to a specified position, with being fixed to a shaft 1, the cup-like member 5 is engaged with the tip of the bearing holding member 4 and fixed to it, and with the further insertion of the shaft 1, the disc member 5a is separated from the cup-like member 5 to be positioned between the end part of the bearing 3 and the cup-like member.
