MANUFACTURE FOR RESIN ROD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the durability, versatility and productivity of a resin rod by sufficiently securing the fixing strength of a screw bracket to a rod body, and the rigidity strength of the screw bracket itself. SOLUTION: This resin rod is formed by mounting a screw bracket having a thread part on a outer peripheral surface on an end of a synthetic resin rod body. The manufacturing method for this resin rod comprises applying threading on a thin metal wall cylinder part 12 to form a screw part in a prescribed shape over inner and outer peripheral surfaces and forming the screw bracket 2. A screw part 6 corresponding to the screw part of the screw bracket 2 is formed on an end part of the resin rod body 1. After an adhesive is applied to at least either of the screw parts on the end of the rod body and the inner peripheral surface of the screw bracket, the screw bracket is screwed into the screw part on the end part of the rod body to fix both of them with the adhesive before the adhesive is hardened.
