PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying device to convey a work in a short time from a press machine being a preceding process to a press machine being a following process without changing its attitude and besides ensure a sufficient movement range to convey a work. SOLUTION: This device comprises a multi spindle robot having each spindle constituted to be driven, stopped, and positioned in a linear or a rotation direction in a preteaching amount and at a timing; a first handling arm having one end supported at the tip of the multi spindle robot; a second handling arm 24 having one end rotatably coupled to the other end of the first handling arm; a drive means 25 to rotationally drive the second handling arm 24; a grasping device 29 roatably coupled to the other end of the second handling arm 24; and interlocking means 30, 31, and 32 to rotate the grasping device 29 to the second handling arm 24 in linkage with rotation of the second handling arm 24 to the first handling arm.
