PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a die only at one place of left/right with a simple configuration in a panel bender. SOLUTION: A rotary lock arm 3 is provided in an arbitrary die constituting a top die 31, and a hook 4 engaging the lock arm 3 is provided in the die adjacent to the arbitrary die. A plate 7 in which a long hole 8 engaging each lock arm 3 is formed is provided freely movably the left/right direction. By turning the lock arm 3 downward or upward, the die is fixed or released. In the case of releasing the die, the lock arm 3 is turned upward, the plate 7 is pushed by the lock arm 3 locked to the long hole 8 and moved in the left/right direction.
