PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive type cleaner impart easily removable and usable functions to a tacky adhesive type cleaner and is dealable with a miniaturization (portability) as well by combining paper having a tacky adhesive surface and release paper and bonding both to a bag form or cylindrical form. SOLUTION: This cleaner is formed by utilizing sealing paper and bonding the paper at two or three points, by which the cleaner is easily removable and is formed to the bag form and, therefore, a user is able to put the fingertip into the bag and strongly presses the fingertip to the portion stuck with dust. Since the tacky adhesive surface is on one side, the cleaner may be easily disposed by bringing this surface to the inner side. The seal and amount are provided with a difference in level in order to facilitate the removal. In terms of production, the easy production is made possible by bonding the sealing paper. The cleaner is useable as a portable type as well by reducing its size.
