PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an operation lever on a body side to facilitate the connection of a joint shaft and the operation lever and to promote assembly workability in a globe box lid device connecting one end of the operation lever linearly moving between an operating position for operating a lock bar to an interlocking released position side in accordance with the operation to an open side of a control knob and a non-operating position having no influence of operating force on the lock bar to the joint shaft having a rotor of the cylinder lock. SOLUTION: An L-shaped hook 61 formed by joining an arm section 61b at a right angle to the front end of a shaft section 61a joining the basic end at a right angle to a body 26 is provided to the body 26, a guide hole 62 for guiding the shaft section 61a of the hook 61 in accordance with the movement of an operation lever 29 and an insertion hole 63 capable of making the arm section 61b of the hook 61 insert thereinto are joined in an L-shape and are provided to the operation lever 29 having a joint hole 70 making the joint shaft of a rotor insert therein and interlock therewith in one end.
