<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the detecting performance stable and provide a snap fit in fastening by creating one united body construction for a light sensor portion. SOLUTION: An object detection sensor 17 is formed by a light sensor 1, a shield light cylinder 2 and a filter 3, and a light receiving section forming a luminous section and a light receiving space is formed between the sensor 1 and the filter 3. The sensor 1 is installed at the inner side of the shield light cylinder 2, and a projected portions 12, 13 are linked to groove portions 20, 21 of the shield light cylinder 2 and are properly positioned. Also, the groove portions 15, 16 of the filter 3 are linked to the projected portions 11, 14 of the sensor 1, and the claw portion 5 and a hole portion 6 of the snap fit are interlocked and held to one united body. Then, the interval is held constant to obtain a stable detecting performance. Also, the assembly is made easy and removal of the sensor 1 and the filter 3 is made easy by utilizing a lever 19. In this way, the construction can be simplified and the number of the parts can be reduced, thereby reducing cost.</p> |
